The Scottish Kitchen Garden

We’ve always wanted to grow our own produce for the restaurants.  Now an opportunity has arisen to make that happen. We’re moving out of town to give the children some more space – and we’re gaining a one-acre site in the heart of the Esk Valley Conservation area.

With the help of our dear friend Mr Apple, Graham Stoddart at Cuddybridge and Erica Randall our Head Gardener (formerly of the Royal Botanic Gardens in Edinburgh), we’re going to bring a dream to life and start growing our own produce for The Scottish Cafe and Restaurant and Centotre.
